a thought

Burning my tongue really gets to me. It's one of those things that just really gets under my skin and works my last nerve. It is one of, if not THE most inconvenient thing that can happen to a human being. So you're a little hasty eating your food....I mean, you're HUNGRY. And just for that, you get punished, and consequently are not able to taste food for approximately a week. That's a little harsh. And how come when your food is really hot, you almost can't taste it? Like now. My Bavarian Pot Roast is really hot.......obviously, I just heated it up. So I blow on it for a while, bite it, and get burned. Like I said.....not a fan of the tongue-burning.
